Okay, Lately there has been this "craze" of letting everyone know within 150 characters, how you feel.
None the less, I enjoy it, on Xanga, but mostly on Facebook, updating my status to how I feel at the moment or something that pops in my head. For Example:

"Michael has chicken and fries, but afterwards will have a 6th bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch!"
"Michael says SHIT! UNIQUE CLEANED UP REAL WELL!!!! WHOOOO (Why the hell she aint pull that out from day 1?! Shoot, Ill take her if shes rejected!"
and sometimes I get angry with something or someone, and I will put my status as such.
"Michael wonders why do bammas think that I should be jealous of them. Son, I am not jealous that your drunk ass fell out on the street. I am ashamed that your giving a bad name for black folk. Talk about bitchassness!"
"Michael told Holmes© NOT TO EAT THE TUNA!"
"Michael asks if anyone else wants to PISS ME OFF today?"
Now in each instance, I confronted the person BEFORE I sat the and put it on my status. However lately I have noticed...(yesterday in particular, when someone pointed it out to me) That people rely on Twitter and Facebook Status for attention, and to say what they cant say to that person, In hopes that the person will glance at it...

Nothing has pissed me off more. I dont understand why people just cant say what they have to say instead of playing this stupid Middle school shit. Its like you tell everyone in the school that your mad at your friends Bertha
and Floyd, and not tell them...
ARRGH...
And Twitter just builds upon this very thing...Ive seen so many stupid twitter updates such as that...even heard stories...
Come on now...Lets grow up! If you got a problem with someone, go to that person. Stop wasting time and energy. What the hell...those f-ing cows.

@DommieGirlLovie - LOL see now I was about to put that on my Facebook status...LOL. I mean dont get me wrong, I dont mind on Facebook, because its Facebook, you can comment, and blog about it on there...but Twitter...WTF. So I definitely agree with that!
I don't know what twitter looks like, I've never step a virtual footprint on twitter. I had a facebook, but I deleted it, to much drama. And the bad part i my own family was the drama. lol,

Lol, I'm only tweeting what is on my mind. Comment, Don't comment. I could care less. I have rejected more people from following me than I can count, and those that I "follow" are friends that were in my address book when I signed up. I'm with D. I'm content with what I use it for, but you're right. the cries for attention are just hella stupid.

Yes! People kill me with that. If you're not gonna say anything to the person, then dont say anything at all. Omg, and what about the folks who constantly have to remind you that they have an awesome boy/girlfriend and that they're so in love. Dont get me wrong, I love it when people find someone they can love, but it irritates me when they update their status every five minutes. Every time they make a move with their girl/boyfriend, everytime they say something sweet, everything they do something romantic...they have to update or tweet about it. Ugh! Shut up! lol
I update my Twitter because I dont really use Facebook. The people on my Facebook are not that relevant to me..so I dont feel the need to update my status that often. I dont use Twitter to sneak attack people though

Seriously though, what you get out of twitter depends entirely on how you use it. I don't post how my day went, just like I don't post that on xanga. Unless something in my day was particularly interesting and others might actually care to read it that is. And because I don't care to read how someone's day went in most cases I don't follow people on twitter who tell the world how their day went. I instead people who tweet interesting things.
Along with that most smartphones have a twitter client, so you can check twitter, or post a tweet, while driving... err... while pulled off to the side of the road, because it's soon to be illegal to text and drive in my state.

@Tom@revelife - Twitter on Smartphones...I tried twitter and put iton the blackbery, and thought I would pass out...its almost worse than facebook, facebook updates you whenever someone sneezes, but twitterberry (the client) updates whenever someone f-in BLINKS! Lol
